• Payment information: membership payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number — Stripe handles that directly and shares with us only what's needed to manage your subscription (e.g., plan, status, billing dates).
• Uploaded content: swing videos and Blast Motion sensor data (CSV files or screenshots) you choose to upload for coaching feedback.
• Communications: messages you send us via the contact form, quote request form, or chat assistant.
• Usage data: basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the Service running smoothly and securely.

3. How We Use Information

• To create and manage your account and membership.
• To process payments and send related receipts or notifications.
• To review your uploaded videos and sensor data and provide coaching feedback.
• To respond to inquiries, quote requests, and support questions.
• To send service-related emails (e.g., upload confirmations, billing notices).
• To maintain the security and proper functioning of the Service.

4. Children's Privacy

Many of our athletes are minors. Accounts are intended to be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of a minor athlete. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without appropriate parental or guardian involvement. 5. Sharing of Information

We share information only with the service providers that help us run TTO, including:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Bunny.net — video hosting and playback for uploaded swing videos.
• Cloudflare R2 — storage for Blast Motion sensor files.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Anthropic — powers our website chat assistant.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of TTO or others.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures — including password hashing and encrypted connections — to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You can update your account information at any time, and you may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. You can manage your subscription, including cancellation, from your billing dashboard.

We use essential cookies to keep you securely signed in. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
