Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using the Tight Turns Only ("TTO," "we," "us") website and services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are creating an account on behalf of a minor athlete, you represent that you are their parent or legal guardian and agree to these Terms on their behalf.

2. Description of Service

TTO provides hitting instruction, training programs, camps and clinics, and a membership platform that may include online training content, video and sensor-data upload and review, and related coaching feedback.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Membership & Payments

  • Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) or as a one-time payment, as selected at signup, and are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Recurring memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your billing dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as we expressly agree in writing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Use the Service for any purpose other than personal athletic training and development.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the swing videos and sensor data you upload. By uploading content, you grant TTO a limited license to store, process, and review that content solely to provide coaching feedback and operate the Service.

7. Camps, Clinics & Quote Requests

Quote requests for team camps and clinics are non-binding until confirmed in writing. Specific pricing, scheduling, and cancellation terms for camps and clinics will be communicated directly when a booking is confirmed.

8. Assumption of Risk

Baseball and softball training involve inherent physical risk, including the risk of injury. By participating in any TTO training, camp, clinic, or activity, you (or, for a minor athlete, their parent or guardian) voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

9. Disclaimers

The Service, including any coaching feedback, is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. TTO does not guarantee specific athletic results, recruiting outcomes, or performance improvements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TTO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or participation in any TTO activity.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms or for any conduct we reasonably believe is harmful to TTO, other members, or the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which TTO operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. (Update this section with your specific state/jurisdiction.)

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
